Gus Fordyce

Gus works as the Lead Scientist at Nature-based Insights focusing on, among other things, designing a handbook to support the design of monitoring and evaluation strategies for the Circular Bioeconomy Alliance’s regenerative landscape programs. Prior to working on NbS in agricultural supply chains and landscapes, he worked as a marine scientist investigating a range of social and ecological dynamics including threatened species population monitoring, social dimensions of locally managed marine area establishment, the impacts of marine heatwaves and pollution on marine ecosystems, and microbial drivers of habitat structure.
